When I first received the letter from The Newton Group regarding my timeshares I was somewhat septic, however I did make the call. it was the best call I ever made. Their agent explained to me what they would do to rid me of my timeshares, I accepted their help and they did everything they said they would do, now I am free of those timeshares and very happy I responded to their letter.
