One request: if anyone else is on the deed, or helps you with money decisions, invite them to join. Decisions go better when everyone hears the same answers at the same time. We can add them by phone.

If you decide to move forward, the full cost comes to you in writing before you commit to anything, and you sign a separate engagement with a licensed attorney who represents you.

If you are trying to get out of a timeshare, I believe you should have an attorney who personally represents you from the beginning.
Every Newton Group client receives personal legal representation from the start. Every client separately establishes a direct attorney-client relationship with a licensed attorney and receives a written Letter of Representation.
